Kersti has another peer reviewed journal article published ! The paper titled, Dual Cycle Action Research: a Professional Doctorate Case Study, has been published in the International Journal of Managing Projects in Business (Vol 1 issue 4).

Kersti has a paper titled Doctoral Level Action Research – A Graduate’s Experience, accepted by the 16th International Conference on Learning to be held in Barcelona in July 2009.

Dr Kersti Nogeste

Kersti Nogeste is a senior program and project manager with more than fifteen years experience managing successful projects and programs of work in Australia and North America.  In addition to this work experience, Kersti is an Adjunct Professor of RMIT University (Melbourne, Australia), has attained a Doctorate of Project Management and Masters degree in Business and is a board member of a regional hospital and health service. 

Kersti’s point of difference is her keen ability to combine relevance with rigour – the relevance of her accumulated work experience and the rigour developed by her studies. As a result, Kersti brings a uniquely balanced perspective to program and project management, which is well suited to clients who wish to ensure that sound project governance is in place, by

• programs and projects being aligned to strategic objectives;
• compliance being balanced with performance;
• stakeholders’ outcomes and benefits based definition of success being balanced with the more traditional project management outputs based definition of success.

Most recently, Kersti has been involved with the management of merger and acquisition related programs of work for major Australia corporations, and prior to this, was responsible for the management of telecommunications infrastructure and product development programs of work. 
Kersti is also extremely well qualified to provide program and project management related coaching to a variety of project stakeholders, particularly, senior project stakeholders such as Project Sponsors and Business Owners.

Kersti is truly world class, as demonstrated by her work experience, being an Adjunct Professor responsible for building links between industry and academia, a speaker at national and international conferences, her peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapter, being a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course (GAICD), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and her appointment by the state Minister of Health to the Board of Management of the Kyneton District Health Service.
