Project Governance
Corporate governance includes responsibility for ensuring appropriate organisational strategy planning and strategy execution delivered by a combination of business as usual operations (BAU) and improvement initiatives (programs/projects).
Therefore, sound project governance is required to ensure that projects deliver the expected outcomes, benefits and outputs to BAU Operations.
Based on the combination of her work experience, academic and industry credentials, Kersti is extremely well qualified to help organisations, including their boards, project sponsors and business owners to define, review and/or revise project governance frameworks, processes and communications.
Most recently, Kersti has established and maintained governance frameworks for M&A (Merger and Acquisition), ITC infrastructure and technology product development programs of work for major Australian corporations. The M&A project governance frameworks included both inter-organisational and intra-organisational processes and communications.
