Kersti is a proven program and project manager, highly experienced in managing program and projects at all stages of their lifecycle, from business case preparation through project initiation, execution and close-out, capturing lessons learned along the way.
Kersti’s point of difference is her keen ability to combine relevance with the rigour developed by her academic studies and research.
As a result, Kersti provides a uniquely balanced approach to program and project management. For example, how to balance compliance with performance, how to use the Outcome Profile™ to balance stakeholders’ outcomes and benefits perspective of success with the more traditional project management outputs perspective of success and how to balance formal and informal communications.
Kersti is skilled in the development of realistic estimates and achievable project plans and recognises the importance of identifying, communicating and managing assumptions, dependencies, issues, risks, mitigation and contingency plans.
Most recently, Kersti has been involved with the management of merger and acquisition related programs of work for major Australia corporations, and prior to this, the management of telecommunications infrastructure and product development programs of work.
